A free bouquet after 10 visits
How it works in your place
Plan the holidays ahead
Set up a message for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas in advance. It arrives as a notification on the card on the day and at the time you choose.
Gifts count too
When your customer buys a bouquet for someone else, they still collect. The card is on their own phone, not on the bouquet.
Orders picked up in the shop
If your customer orders by phone or through your web shop, you scan the card when they collect the bouquet in the shop. There's no link with your web shop.

Questions from florists
Can I remind customers about Mother's Day or Valentine's Day?
Yes, from Starter. You write a message and choose the day and time it goes out, so it arrives a few days ahead. It only goes to customers who said yes to messages.
Does a big bouquet count more than a small bunch?
No. The card counts visits, not amounts: every visit is one stamp. So choose a reward that fits an ordinary purchase, such as a seasonal bouquet.
How many stamps should a florist card have?
If your regulars come every week or every other week, a card of 10 stamps is well within reach. If they mostly come for occasions, choose 6 or 8 stamps so the reward doesn't feel too far away.
