What Usuals does
With Usuals you make a stamp card in your own colours. You put up a poster with a QR code, your customer scans it, fills in their first name and adds the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. At every visit you scan the card with your phone, tablet or laptop, and your customer's card updates right away.
On top of that, reports show who comes back and who stays away, on the paid plans you send messages that arrive as a notification, and an assistant suggests ways to win customers back. You decide what gets sent.
Why the card lives in the Wallet
A paper stamp card gets lost or ends up in another coat. An app of your own asks your customer to install something for one business. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are already on the phone, so that's where the card goes: your customer downloads nothing and always has it with them.
How we work
- Your customers' data is yours. We process it on your behalf, sell nothing and never contact your customers ourselves.
- The data is stored on servers in the EU and we work under the GDPR. The data processing agreement comes with every account.
- Your customer only gives a first name. Email address and birthday are optional, and they see and delete their own data through a link on the card.
- Nothing is sent without your confirmation, including the assistant's suggestions.
- Prices are on the site, VAT included. No setup fees, cancel any month.
- This website uses no analytics and sets no cookies.
Usuals at a glance
- Works in Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android. Your customer installs no app.
- Free up to 30 customers. Starter costs €19 and Business €29 per month, VAT included. Enterprise is on request.
- The first payment is made with iDEAL through Mollie, after that the monthly amount is collected automatically. You can cancel any month.
- One stamp per card per 12 hours, checked on the server. You set the time per card.
- The scanner also works offline and processes scans up to 72 hours old once you're back online.
- Offers, birthday messages and win back are available from Starter, and only go to customers who said yes.
- If a payment fails, you keep your plan for 7 more days. Existing cards always keep working.
