Frequently asked questions

Is there a free stamp card or punch card template?

You don't need one. Fill in your name, logo, colour, number of stamps and reward above and you get a ready made PDF in your inbox. No designing in Word or a design app: the cards are already laid out on A4, with crop marks.

What size is a stamp card?

Usually the size of a business card: 85 by 55 millimetres. It fits in a wallet and a card holder. Our PDF puts 8 cards of that size on one A4 sheet. Print on sturdy paper and a card lasts for weeks in a coat pocket.

How do you stop customers stamping their own card?

Use your own stamp with your logo or a distinctive shape, not a signature anyone can copy. Never give more than one stamp per visit. If you want it watertight, a digital stamp card is easier: only your phone adds a stamp, and there is a waiting time between two stamps.

Why do you ask for my email address?

We email you the PDF, so you can find it again later. We keep your email address and the name of your business, nothing else. We only send tips if you tick the box. More in the privacy statement.

How do I print the cards?

Print at actual size (100 percent, not fit to page), ideally on sturdy paper of 250 to 300 gsm. Cut along the crop marks: you then have 8 cards of 85 by 55 millimetres, the size of a business card.

What happens to my logo?

We only use it to make the PDF. It is not kept.

What is the difference with a digital stamp card?

A paper card gets lost and you can't see who comes back. A digital card sits in the Wallet on your customer's phone, with stamps you scan. With Usuals that is free up to 30 customers.
