If customers come every six to eight weeks, set win back to a longer period than the standard 30 days. That way only people who really stay away get a message with a bonus stamp.

Questions from dog groomers
A customer comes with two dogs. How many stamps do they get?
The card belongs to the owner and counts visits, so two dogs on the same day is one stamp. If you'd like to reward per dog, add an extra stamp for that customer in your dashboard as the owner, with a reason.
Is anything about the dog on the card?
No. The card shows your logo, your customer's first name, the stamps and the reward. At sign up you only ask for a first name; email address and birthday are optional.
How many stamps should a dog grooming card have?
If a dog comes every six to eight weeks, a card of 6 stamps fills up within the year. Set the time between two stamps to 24 hours and win back to a period longer than your customers' usual rhythm, such as 70 days.
